Congratulations on purchasing a Gift Card at the NEON Center 🎉! Read the steps below to see how you can use it.

How to purchase a Gift Card

  1. Access the Gift Cards page
    On our website, you will find a special section for Gift Cards. Here you will be able to view all the available options.

  2. Select the Gift Card value
    Choose the desired value: 25 RON, 50 RON, 100 RON, 150 RON or 200 RON.

  3. Fill in the recipient details
    Enter the information of the person you are giving the Gift Card to, including their name and email address.

  4. Set delivery date
    Choose when you want the Gift Card delivered – immediately or at a later date, depending on your preferences.

  5. Add a message
    Write a personalized message for the person who will receive the Gift Card.

  6. Complete payment
    Once you have filled in all the details, complete the order and make the payment. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the purchase of the Gift Card.

How to use the Gift Card

  1. Select the desired service on the website
    Enter the NEON Center website and choose the desired service: psychotherapy, nutrition or physical activities.

  2. Choose the Gift Card payment option
    When you reach the payment step, select the "Redeem a gift card" option.

  3. Enter the unique Gift Card code
    You will find the unique Gift Card code in the email you received after purchasing it. Enter this code in the appropriate field.

  4. Complete the payment if the card value does not cover the full amount
    If the value of the chosen service exceeds the amount on the Gift Card, you will pay the difference using the standard payment method (bank card, transfer, etc.).

  5. Shooting
    After completing the payment (if applicable), you will receive a confirmation of your reservation and payment, and the services will be scheduled according to your requirements.

Additional details

  • The card can be used for any service offered by the NEON Center, whether it's psychotherapy sessions, nutritional counseling, or physical activities.

  • Validity: The Gift Card is valid until the specified expiration date (if any).

  • Possibility to combine multiple Gift Cards: If you have multiple Gift Cards, you can combine their value to pay for services.
